Plant Sale 2013 - VIDEO EVIDENCE

Fortunately temperatures were above zero for those queuing overnight and the soup kitchen were pleased to report no casualties this year. The door opening was as usual synchronised via the Rugby time signal and 1000 hours heralded an enthusiastic start to the 2013 Plant Sale.

The late winter temperatures has held back many Spring blooms this year, so it wasn’t surprising that plants in flower were the first to sell out. After the first twenty minutes over half the plants had been sold!

When the Sale had finished the Society sat down to a relaxing Fish and Chip lunch.
