Begonias - by Dave Staines

David gave another in his series of presentations about Begonias and described how he used plug plants and grew them in modules, pouches or baskets. Some are grown for their flowers, others are grown for their leaves. His photographic presentation included Begonias from the “Million Kisses” series of which there are many (e.g.Inferno). One phot showed a one year old tuber that had originally been raised as a plug plant.

Dave very kindly gave out some Tubers for people to grow as an entry for our Annual Show and is always available to help people with advice from his huge experience of Begonias.
